Extract it, imprint it on your keeper item, and now your build has teeth. Farming Helltides and Nightmare Dungeons tends to be the usual loop, but honestly, the key is volume. More drops, more shots at that high proc chance. And once you're pushing higher World Tiers, those extra percentage points aren't "nice to have," they're the line between smooth clears and getting cornered. Needleflare is technically open to every class, but it really shines on tanky setups that want to be in the middle of everything, like Barbarians and Spiritborn builds built to soak hits.
